Readiness: Preparing for the Next Container
Every container that leaves makes room for the next. And by now, getting ready for the next one is something this community knows how to do together.

This gathering was about looking ahead: taking stock of what has been donated, seeing what is still needed, and preparing for the next shipment. What began as a handful of unsure faces around a table now moves with the confidence of a group that has done this before.
A rhythm worth keeping
The fixed points in the calendar matter as much as the shipments they produce. People plan around them; newcomers are folded in; someone always knows what to do next. A group that once needed organising now largely organises itself — and that steadiness is, quietly, one of the most valuable things we have built.
Looking forward, together
There is more to do, and more patients to reach. But this community has shown that it can keep showing up — for the people waiting in Sudan, and for one another. Each next container is a reason to gather again. [INSERT: a closing detail or photo from this session.]
Every gathering turns donated supplies into care delivered — and brings a community a little closer together.
